If you cannot remember your password, you will need the email associated with the account in order to reset it.
On the login page for Project Laura there is a link to a reset password form.
On this page, enter your email into the email field, and click send password reset.
When you receive the email, there will be a link that will take you to a page that will let you change your password. Once that’s complete go ahead and log into your profile like you would normally!
Note: The link contained in the password reset email only works for 24 hours. After that, the link will no longer function and you will need to request a new one.
If something goes wrong:
- If you cannot access the email associated with your account, contact the Club or another team member to update the email on your profile.
- If you receive an error “request failed” or “error 404” it means that the email you entered does not match what is on any profile. This means you should contact the Club or another team member to update the email on your profile.
