Everyone in Project Laura has a profile. Every staff person, member, applicant and guest has a profile. What each profile can see is based on their profile type.
Staff profiles are broken down into three subtypes: Team, Captain, and Service. Team members have the most ability to update profile details and transactions on a profile, conversely service have limited access to information to be better able to serve members.
Staff profiles can log into Project Laura, they have and can view their own transactions, dashboard, roster and other information.
Guest profiles have no access to their information and are incapable of logging into Project Laura.
These profiles are meant to be able to log prospective members, guests at private functions, or general guests visiting the Club.
Member Profiles have access to their own transactions, statements, dashboard and the member version of the roster.
Member Profiles also have a number of subtypes based on the Club’s needs. Spousal Privilege accounts, Reciprocal members, and Temporary members are all types of Member Profiles.
Note: Reciprocal and Temporary member profiles cannot access the roster.
Applicant profiles are a subtype of Member Profiles. They are prospective members in the process of applying to become members. They can access their own profiles in order to update their application process and update their references.
